Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy, general situation, postoperative complications and AOFAS score of two kinds of surgical procedures. It provides a choice for the clinical treatment of acute Achilles tendon rupture. Methods :From September 2014 to December 2016,33 patients which meet the condition of acute closed rupture of the Achilles tendon in the author’s Department. We detail the patients with open suture and arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive percutaneous suture of two surgical methods,so that patients choose their own and signed informed consent.A total of 33 patients were included in the study, there were 15 cases treated with arthroscopic assisted percutaneous suture, and the other was treated with traditional open surgery in 18 cases.Arthroscopy assisted percutaneous group: 15 males and females, aged from 20 to 55,with an average of 38.7 + /-10.6 years old;Open surgery group: 16 males and females, aged from 22 to 57,with an average of 39.4 + /-8.7years old. After surgery, the patients were trained under the guidance of doctors, and recorded the general situation, operation time, hospitalization time, wound healing,Achilles tendon adhesion, suralnerve sensory area of the two groups;Patients were evaluated at 3 months,6 months, and 12 months using the snkle and foot surgery function score(AOFAS score).Follow up every year to understand whether the Achilles tendon rupture.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 22 statistical software package.2.Result : All the 33 patients were followed up for 6-18 months, with an average of 10..5 months. The operation time and hospitalization time of the two groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the hospitalization time was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The complications of the patients in the two groups, rate of re rupture rate,Achilles tendon adhesion rate of sural nerve injury, wound infection rates were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),two groups of patients with the total complication rate was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The AOFAS score of the two groups had statistical significance at 1 months and 3 months after operation(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the 6 months and 12 months after operation(P >0.05).Discuss:In the treatment of acute closed Achilles tendon rupture, arthroscopic assisted minimally invasive percutaneous suture surgery has fewer complications, shorter hospitalization time and better short-term curative effect than traditional incision and suture. |
