The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Class 3A Hospitals’ Operation Classification Management In A City

Objective: To know the status quo of operation classification management of class 3A hospital in a city,find out the problems in the management of hospital operation classification,and put forward the countermeasures of the operation classification management,to provide scientific basis for further prevention of surgical risk and medical safety.Methods: To randomly select 4 hospitals from 6 class 3A hospitals,Interview the director of the medical department and surgical department with interview outline of operation classification management,the interviewer record on the spot.At the same time,randomly select about 210 surgeons of different grades from 4 hospitals,using self-designed “cognition questionnaire of operation classification management” to investigate the cognition and attitude of operation classification management.At the same time,randomly select about 210 surgeons of different grades from 4 hospitals,using self-designed “cognition questionnaire of operation classification management” to investigate the cognition and attitude of operation classification management.Us SPSS20.0 software to set up a database,us the mean,standard deviation,rate and constituent ratio to make the statistical description.us variance analysis and chi-square test to compare the current situation of different hospitals and the classification management of different kinds of surgeons.Results: 1.The cognitive level of surgical grading management: Knowledge of the total score is 10 points,the surgeon’s average score is 4.60±1.58,has not reached the pass level.2.The surgeons’ attention and attitude to the operation classification management: 61.08% of surgeons often pay attention to the surgical classification management,36.95% of surgeons believe that it is necessary to carry out operation classification management,71.43% of surgeons believe that the implementation of operation classification management to ensure the safety of the operation has a certain significance.3.The situation of operation classification management of surgical doctors: Randomly check 5047 surgical medical records,the total surgeon of participating operation is 463,the number of the doctors who perform an operation is 233,the rate is 50.33%.4.The management status of hospital operation classification management: Interviews with the managers of hospital operation classification management,and consult the hospital related institutional documents,find that The operation classification management system is not perfect,the degree of implementation is lower,supervision is not enough,publicity and education is not in place,the score of hospital operation management level is 58.89±15.16.5.Implementation of four hospital operation classification management: In 4 hospitals of A,B,C,D,the surgeon’s rate of perform the operation respectively is 42.2%,50.82%,45.13%,59.66%,this difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).In 4 hospitals of A,B,C,D,The score of the operation classification management standard degree respectively is 37.25±4.65,66.33±6.11,53.21±9.32,73.13±7.50,the total score is 100,this difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.In this city,the cognitive level of class 3A hospitals’ surgical classification management is lower,the beliefs and attitudes of the surgical grading management need to be strengthened.2.In this city,the phenomenon of surgical non-standard operation in the class 3A hospital is existed,the relevant departments of the hospitals should take this phenomenon into effect of punishment.3.The degree of operation classification management norm in the class 3A hospitals is lower,the hospitals need to improve the relevant system,strengthen the degree of enforcement,increase supervision and increase the drumbeating and education.The city’s more standardized operation of the management of the hospital,the lower the proportion of surgeon who perform the operation.
