Clinical Observation Of 93 Cases Of Side Effcets And Short-term Complications Of HIFU In The Treatment Of Uterine Fibroids

Background:Uterine fibroids is a common gynecological benign uterine tumor in women during their reproductive years.It is characterized by the proliferation of uterine smooth muscle cells.A little fiber connective tissue is around the uterine smooth muscle cells.Its pathogenesis is not completely clear.There are clinical symptoms with few of the patients.The treatment methods are including medication,surgical treatment and other methods.In recent years the development of high intensity focused ultrasound(High-intensity focused,ultrasound,HIFU)is increasingly used in clinical treatment of uterine fibroids,prevention and treatment of side effcets reactions and complications need further study.Objective:To investigate the occurrence and treatment of side effcets in 93 cases of uterine fibroids by retrospective analysis of side effcets and short-term complications after HIFU treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 93 patients with uterine fibroids were treated by HIFU in Suzhou Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from March 1,2015 to May 31,2016.According to the location of uterine fibroids were divided into anterior wall group,posterior wall and lateral wall in group group,uterine fibroids edge and sacrococcygeal distance divided into less than or equal to 15mm and greater15mm group,more types of side effcets of patients according to the treatment process were divided into 5 types:skin scald,sacrococcygeal pain,and hip fold pain,side effcets group and no side effcets group.Reaction appeared summary treatment during and after treatment and three months complications can factors and treating methods.Data processing using SPSS 19.0 software,count data usingχ~2-test,measurement data using t test,p<0.05was statistically significant.Results:During and after the treatment of uterine fibroids of HIFU,fibroids location and pain,sacrococcygeal pain,skin burns and treatment region pain sense of the incidence of side effects were no statistically significant.There were no difference between treatment of the uterine fibroids edge sacral in pain,sacrococcygeal pain,hip pain side folds the reaction.Treatment pain incidence was statistically significant of the distance more than15mm and less than 15mm incidence.In the course of treatment time,between skin scald and irradiation treatment intensity,treatment dose and treatment volume were statistically significant.There were statistically significant between treatment dose and the treatment volume differences during the treatment of sacrococcygeal pain,hip pain fold occurrence and treatment time,irradiation time,strong treatment.There were no significant difference in the degree,the treatment dose and the volume of treatment.No serious complications occurred in 93 cases of uterine fibroids during the treatment,1 case of treatment was found skin injury,nerve injury occurred a week after the treatment of another one patient,the 2patients were recovered soon after special treatment.Conclusion:1.During and after HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids,occurrence of radiation pain,sacrococcygeal pain,skin burning feeling,pain were no correlation with uterine fibroids in the uterus of the location.Skin burning feeling was no correlation with the time of treatment.Treatment of pain was no correlation with the treatment time,irradiation time and intensity of treatment.Sacrococcygeal pain,radiating pain and hip pain fold the place were no correlation with the treatment time,irradiation time,treatment strength,therapeutic dose and treatment volume.2.The incidence of treatment of pain was correlation with the distance which from uterine fibroids’edge of the deep surface to sacrum,therapeutic dose and treatment volume.The skin burning feeling was correlation with the irradiation time,the intensity of treatment,the treatment dose and treatment volume.3.In the course of HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids,there was no serious side reactions and short-time complications.It was a micro non-invasive way of treatment and retain the the uterus,more security and broad prospects.
