Correlation Analysis Of ABO Blood Type And Coronary Heart Disease Of Uygur,Han And Kazak People In Xinjiang Area

Objective: To explore the correlation between coronary heart disease(CHD)and ABO blood type in Uygur,Han and Kazak nationalities in Xinjiang area and its possible mechanism.Methods: Select 1740 cases of the Han?Uighur and Kazak patients,who were diagnosed as CHD in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2014 to December 2016 as case group,Among them,597 were Uygur(A199,B206,O137,AB55),605 were Han(A182,B204,O164,AB55)and 538 were Kazak(A247,B126,O136,AB29).Select 1536 cases patients who visit the other departments of the hospital during the same period,no cardiovascular disease,with complete clinical information.The age,nationality,place of residence were perfectly matched with the case group as control group.There were 518 cases of Uigur(A 165,B 137,O 143,AB 73),510 cases of Han(A148,B 152,O 169,AB 41),508 cases of Kazak(A181,B98,O209,AB20).The case group and the control group were tested blood type in the blood transfusion Laboratory of our hospital and had computerized records.Through retrospective case-control study,the relationship between ABO blood type and coronary heart disease and its mechanism were explored.Results: Regardless of ethnic factors,blood type distribution in patients with coronary heart disease was A>B>O>AB.The risk of coronary heart disease in people with A blood type is 1.516 times higher than those of O blood type.The risk of coronary heart disease in people with B blood type is 1.615 times higher than those of O blood type.According to the national stratification,the risk of B blood group of coronary heart disease in Uygur is 1.570 times that of O blood type.Han people with B blood type suffering from coronary heart disease is 1.383 times of the O blood type.while in Kazakh,compared with the O blood group,the other blood type groups are more susceptible to coronary heart disease.Further studies on the mechanism of ABO affecting coronary heart disease showed that TC,LDL,NHDL and so on were used as intermediary variables to mediate the relationship between ABO blood type and coronary heart disease.Conclusion:There is a high correlation between coronary heart disease and ABO blood type in Uygur,Han and kazak.In Uygur and Han people,the risk of coronary heart disease in B blood group is higher than that in other blood group,.While in Kazak group,the risk of coronary heart disease is higher in non O blood group than in O blood type group.
