Objective: To study the expression of Golgi protein 73(GP73)、 Transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-β1)and Smad2 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its relationship with the clinicopathological features of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),to explore the relationship between GP73 and TGF-β / Smads signaling pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:To collect 80 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal liver tissues of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. The expression of GP73,TGF-β1 and Smad2 protein in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Spearman grade to investigate the expression of GP73,TGF-β1 and Smad2 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and to explore the relationship between GP73,TGF-β1 and Smad2 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Results:GP73 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was higher than live tissue adjacent to cancer(χ2 = 76.50,P <0.05),hepatocellular carcinoma TGF-β1,Smad2 expression is higher than the adjacent liver tissues(χ2 =65.67,47.62,P <0.05).GP73 positively correlated with TGF-β1,Smad2 expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue(r = 0.841,0.405,P <0.05).Expression of GP73,TGF-β1and Smad2 in HCC tissue are closely related to differentiation 、TNM stage and vascular invasion(P <0.05).Conclusion: The expression of GP73 in hepatocellular carcinoma was correlated with the expression of TGF-β1 and Smad2,GP73 may be involved in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma by regulating TGF-β / Smads signaling pathway. |
