| Objective:To understand the significance of urokinase interfering with septic disseminated intravascular coagulation by monitoring the thromboela-stogram.Methods:48 S-D rats were selected,with a weight of 220-250 g and a week of 8 weeks.Were randomly divided into saline group(NS2.5ml/H),endotoxin group(NS+LPS30mg/kg/h),endotoxin(NS+LPS 30mg/kg/h+UK 10IU/g/h)urokinase group,16 rats in each group,intravenous infusion for 4 hours,respectively after injection for first hours and third hours,fifth hours,seventh hours from 4 rats by the abdominal vein blood line,for alanine aminotransferase,creatinine,TT,PT,APTT,FIB,PLT,D-two,FDP dimer and Thrombelastogram detection.Results:Along with the prolonging of endotoxin treatment time,endotoxin group of TT,PT,APTT,D-dimer,FDP,alanine aminotransferase and creatinine were significantly longer than the control group.There is significant difference(P<0.05),FIB,there were significantly decreased platelet count(P<0.05).Thrombelastogram in R and K values were significantly prolonged,but MA and CI were significantly lower(P<0.05).The urokinase intervention,and endotoxin can obviously improve,and with time,improve the effect is more obvious,and there were statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)The results of this study showed that after thrombus elastograph monitoring,endotoxin induced disseminated intravascular coagulation and low coagulation state at early stage could improve coagulation and fibrinolytic function and reduce the degree of liver and kidney damage after urokinase intervention.(2)Urokinase should be further studied for the endotoxin induced septic disseminated intravascular coagulation hypercoagulable state and the late stage of low coagulation. |
