Yang White Fish Waist,puncturing The Clinical Study Of Points For Treatment Of Obstinate Hiccup

Purpose: Through comprehensive evaluation of clinical observation on acupuncture at Yang Bai fish the curative effect of lumbar points for treatment of intractable hiccup,to find a simple,convenient,less side effects,clinical treatment that is easy to operate.Method: This study is based on the patients with cerebrovascular disorders cause hiccups as the object of study,using random cluster approach,which meet the inclusion criteria of patients assigned to the treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group.Needle acupuncture in the treatment group Yang Bai fish of lumbar and lianquan point,by intramuscular injection of anisodamine in the control group.By comparing the two groups of patients in the treatment of total efficiency,two sets of the patient’s clinical symptoms improved,hiccups of symptoms,as well as patients eat,rest,energy,using the data analysis,acupuncture for Yang Bai fish waist points in the clinical treatment of patients with intractable hiccup.Result: 1.patient clinical hiccup symptom scores between the two groups.A score of 2.5±1.94 after treatment in the treatment group and control groups after treatment was 3.5± 1.78,P< 0.05 were significantly different.2.onset between the two groups,statistical tests,P=0.02﹤0.05,shows symptoms of the patients in the treatment group improved the situation better.3.total efficiency comparison of two groups,the treatment group is 90%,the control group was 83.33%.4.diet after treatment group scoring 4.17 ± 1.23;scores 3.57 ± 0.77 in control group,treatment group than in the control group,treatment group than in the control group is better.5.mental scores 4.33 ± 0.88 in treatment group control group scores 3.67 ± 1.06,better treatment group than the control group.6.sleep scoring 4.2 ± 0.66 in treatment group,the control group scores 3.83 ± 0.65 in the treatment group than the control group is better.Conclusion: Yang Bai fish of acupuncture lumbar points for treatment of intractable hiccup achieved satisfactory results in the clinical method is simple,easy to operate,without obvious side effects,suitable for the clinical promotion.
