Clinical Study On Treatment Of Knee Joint Osteoarthritis(Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type) By Self-made Bushen Tongbi Decoction

Purpose: Invigorating the hypothesis the study aimed to observe the bi decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency type)of the clinical curative effect,adopt scientific method of statistical analysis for the treatment of kidney tong bi soup for comprehensive evaluation of knee osteoarthritis.Method: 72 patients with knee osteoarthritis(liver and kidney deficiency)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received Oral Bushen Tongbi Decoction,the control group oral Zhuanggu joint pills.Each group of patients were treated for 1 month of treatment,recorded before and after treatment of the two groups of patients with changes in condition,pain score changes,TCM score.The clinical study of the efficacy of reference to the WOMAC score scale,the efficacy of reference to the "new drug clinical research guidelines," the standard,the patient before and after treatment of the main clinical symptoms score statistics,group and between groups before and after treatment,The final efficiency was assessed by the level method and analyzed statistically.Result: In the two groups after treatment,the treatment group oral kidney tong bi soup bones and oral pill joints of the control group before the treatment have obvious difference(P < 0.05),no difference between the two groups of clinical total effective rate(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Through clinical observation of oral kidney tong bi the curative effect of decoction for treating knee osteoarthritis,statistical analysis,the conclusions from traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth(kidney tong bi soup)in the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis has exact curative effect.
