Objective:This thesis is based on vertigo primary symptom of patients with posterior circulation ischemia(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood)for clinical research object,observe the clinical effect of Shenqi Guishao Decoction in the treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood).Methods:According to the standard set,the selection of posterior circulation ischemia(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood)patients 72 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group by the method of tonifying qi and blood routine oral shenqi guishao decoction,each 100 ml,taken once in the morning and evening respectively;The control group oral Betahistine Mesylate 6mg,three times a day.Two groups at the same time,regular oral aspirin 100 mg one time a day as a basic treatment,a course of 4 weeks.Observe two groups of patients with vertigo severity,TCM syndrome integral,TCD indicators of change,such as data using SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.Results:Respectively to compare the two groups before and after treatment of vertigo severity score,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);To compare the treatment group and control group after treatment of vertigo severity score,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Comparing the treatment group before and after treatment single TCM syndrome integral,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);To compare the treatment group and control group after treatment single TCM syndrome integral,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);To compare the treatment group and control group total effective rate of syndromes,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Treatment group and control group were compared before and after treatment TCD indicators to improve the situation,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);To compare the treatment group and control group after treatment TCD indicators to improve the situation,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Clinical studies have shown that the treatment group in improving the posterior circulation ischemia(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood)in patients with vertigo severity,TCM syndrome integral,and TCD related indicators are better than the control group.Conclusion:The research results show that by the method of tonifying qi and blood and purgating excessive fluid for therapeutic principles,application of Shenqi Guishao Decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia(syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood)curative effect,in improving the TCM syndrome integral,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the clinical worth using for reference.
