| "Human resources are the first resource",health care workers are the most valuable wealth of the hospital,but also the most important hospital health resources.With the further deepening of China’s reform,the domestic medical industry increasingly fierce competition,talent as an important resource of the hospital has become the key of hospital competition,how to keep the excellent staff,become a major issue facing the sustainable development of hospital.Through the study of the loss of health care in Shaoguan municipal public hospital,a detailed analysis of public hospital human resources by using Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,find out the reasons of public hospitals of different levels of staff turnover,and from the three aspects of organizational factors,social factors and individual factors to comprehensive analysis of the influence of medical personnel loss.The results show that: all levels of staff turnover factors due to the needs of all levels of different hospitals;overall satisfaction,promotion mechanism,employment mechanism of staff turnover intention has significant effect.At last,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to alleviate the problem of the loss of health care workers from the salary system,management mechanism,talent introduction,professional title reform,organizational commitment,psychological contract and so on. |
