Objective To observe the effect and safety of cisatracurium on jaundice and jaundice in patients with obstructive jaundice under general anesthesia. Methods patients with elective general anesthesia were selected: 30 patients with obstructive jaundice(ChiId-pugh grade A)who accepted surgery were randomly divided into groupⅠ;30 patients with obstructive jaundice(Chi Id-pugh grade B)who accepted surgery were randomly divided into group Ⅱ;30 Patients with obstructive jaundice patients with normal liver function who subjected to abdominal surgery in the corresponding period were divided into control group randomly,Patients took a combined anesthesia with propofol, remifentanil and cisatracurium besilate.During anesthesia induction the 3×ED95(0.15 mg/kg)of cisatracurium was given.TOF-watch SX accelerometer was placed on the forearm ulnar nerve.Four serial(TOF)stimuli were used to assess neuromuscular blockade. The onset time, clinical time, recovery time and recovery index of the muscle relaxant after anesthesia induction were observed. The condition of intubation, the incidence of adverse reactions, heart rate, blood pressure, aiway pressure and the condition of skin were observed. Results The levels of serum total bilirubin(TBIL)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in groupⅠand Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in control group(P <0.05).The levels of albumin in groupⅠandⅡwere lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group, the onset time of cisatracurium in groupⅡwas prolonged and statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with control group, the onset time, clinical effect time, recovery time and recovery index of group Ⅰ had no significant difference(P> 0.05).Compared with group I and group Ⅱ,there was no significant difference in onset time, clinical effect time, recovery time and recovery index(P> 0.05).There was no adverse effect of histamine release during anesthesia. Conclusion Cisatracurium can be safely used in patients with obstructive jaundice, but should strengthen the monitoring of muscle relaxation during surgery.
