Content Analysis Of Nutrient Elements And Heavy Metal Elements In Lotus Leaf Of Baiyangdian

Objective: In order to explore the content of metal elements and the content of heavy metals in Baiyangdian lotus leaf,to understand the impact of water pollution on the lotus leaf,to study the medicinal value and nutritional value of lotus leaf and provide a new scientific basis.Method: The contents of Fe,Mg,Zn,Ca,K,which are good to human health,and Mn,Ni,Pb,Cd,Cu,As,which are heavy metal,11 kinds of metal elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry in Baiyangdian.Results: In lotus leaves with a rich body needs nutrients,including K>Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn,detect the heavy metal elements Mn,Cu,Ni,Pb,Cd,and As detected in the lotus leaf at the most sampling points.Conclusion: Baiyangdian lotus leaf nutritional value is high,contains a variety of beneficial to human body metal elements,good health and medicinal effects.Lotus leaf is used as natural drug and food in Shao-Che-Dian,Da-Tian-Zhuang,Quan-Tou,Cai-Pu-Tou due to meeting standard of China.However,Lotus leaf is not used as natural drug and food due to the content of Cd exceeded standard of China in Duan-Cun,Guo-Li-Kou,Xiao-Zhang-Zhuang,Yang-Zhuang-Zi.
