| The epidemic situation of global tuberculosis presented a serious resurgence because of objective factors such as the rapid increasing number of floating population,the spread of drug resistance and multidrug resistance,TB and human immunodeficiency virus co-infection which made the tuberculosis’ prevention and control of huge pressure and challenges for the past few years.Objectives To better understood the characteristics of strain,epidemiology and distribution,transmission route and drug resistance mechanism of mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB)from Guangdong Province.Methods the research chose 853 MTB samples from the north,south,east,west and midland areas of Guangdong Province in 2009,2013 and 2015.We used research methods such as RD105 deletion tests,mycobacterial interspersed repetitive units,ratio method of drug sensitivity tests and gene sequencing to study the dynamic epidemic characteristics of the distribution and drug resistance over time and space of MTB from Guangdong Province.Results We found that Beijing family was the main prevalent strains and satisfactory results could be achieved by MIRU in molecular epidemiological study of MTB from Guangdong province.The drug resistance trend of MDR and XDR was relatively stable.More attention should be paid to patients with HBV and women during the clinical TB treatment.Qub11 b,ETR F,Mtub21,QUB26 could be associated with biomarkers for predicting drug resistance.Conclusion We described the prevalence,distribution and drug resistance characteristics of MTB in Guangdong province successfully by molecular epidemiological studies. |
