Background: titanium and titanium alloy density and bone mineral density is close to,relative to other metal material has good biocompatibility,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,and can adapt to most of the disinfection method,is an ideal medical material.Therefore become the main production of implant material,but no biological activity,the titanium and titanium alloy was difficult to early implanted with bone directly form chemical combination.The micro-arc oxidation technology is applied to the surface modification of titanium alloy,can grow on the surface of titanium alloy(Ti6Al4V)in situ porous ceramic membrane,not only can improve the surface wear resistance and corrosion resistance,and can be adjusted through the process conditions and electrolyte composition design given membrane biological activity,to get a better biocompatibility.This experiment adopts the micro-arc oxidation-dopamine load after puerarin composite processing osteoblast biocompatibility tests on pure titanium material,study the micro-arc oxidation-dopamine load pue compound processing of pure titanium on osteoblast antimicrobial properties and adhesive force,the influence of the evaluation of micro-arc oxidation dopamine load puerarin treatment of pure titanium materials used in surface treatment of titanium implant materials,provide the experimental basis for the development of new implant materials.Objective: to the ultrasonic surface of pure titanium micro-arc oxidation(MAO)-dopamine puerarin treatment,research by different concentration of puerarin treatment antimicrobial properties of the specimens and its influence on osteoblast biocompatibility.Method:pure titanium UMAO leaching dopamine specimens of group A after 24 h,pure titanium UMAO leaching dopamine after 24 h were 0.15,0.15,0.45 g / 20 ml of puerarin treatment of specimens for B,C,D group.The four groups of specimens respectively with escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus culture together,through automatic colony counter to calculate its antimicrobial properties.By alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and Cell Counting Kit(CCK-8)Kit,scanning electron microscopy(sem),laser confocal microscope for detecting different processing methods such as the Cell compatibility of membrane layer.Results:C,D,two groups of coating on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli has good antibacterial properties,when puerarin content up to 0.30 g/ml,20 antibacterial effect can reach more than 99%.ALP and CCK 8 testing,according to the results of four groups of material surface cells value-added,and active in order to C is better than D better than B is better than that of group A,group C which has the most optimal osteoblast compatibility.According to the statistical analysis,A,B,C,D four groups results have statistical significance.Conclusion the pure titanium UMAO dip coating after dopamine load puerarin treatment can enhance the antibacterial sex and cell compatibility of the specimen.When the concentration of puerarin was 0.30 g/ml,20 coating has the most optimal antimicrobial resistance and biocompatibility.Pure titanium micro-arc oxidation-dopamine-puerarin treatment coating resistance to friction and wear performance is better than the single MAO coating.Coating of titanium oxide film has good performance to promote oxide coating formation,is helpful to reduce the adhesion and wear and improve the wear resistance.MAO-dopamine-load puerarin treatment coating wetting Angle decreased,the hydrophilic coating,to hydrophilic.
