With the improvement of the quality of life,people bocome more consetrate on denture of beautiful and comfortable.More patients are favou rate on All-ceramic denture.At present,all-ceramic manufacturing methods based on casting and CAD/CAM processing.The introduction of 3D printing into the field of ceramic molding for the formation of all-ceramic crown wide range of prospects,this paper studied on the entire process of 3D printing all-ceramic crown and get some conclusions.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Build the SLA molding platform by modifying the DIY-i3 printer to an SLA printer.On the basis of the original XY bi axial linkage and the Z-axis lift alone,the laser beam is loaded on the Y-axis with a power of 500 mw wavelength of 405 nm.In addition to the X-axis movement platform attached to the worm gear can be lifted into a warehouse for the laying of slurry.(2)In this paper,the dilution of EA by HDDA,TPGDA and TMPTA was studied by the method of characterization of rotational viscosity.The two dispersants of polyether modified silicone surfactant and oily polyurethane were evaluated by the two methods of sedimentat ion experiment and particle size measurement.The dispersibility of nano-3Y-Zr O2 powder in organic easily was evaluated.The dispersion effect of polyether modified silicone surfactants is better.The addition of silicone surfactant to the slurry with a sol ids content of 30 vol.%。The resulted is that in the best addition of the silicone surfactant is 2.5 wt.%.Finally,a 40 vol.% Solid content photocurable ceramic slurry was successfully prepared using the experimental parameters and used for printing experim ents.(3)Printing process,by changing the content of oligomers to prepare a different viscosity of the slurry and using the slurry in 60,90,120mm/s print speed printing test circle model.It was found that the printing speed at a printing speed of 90 mm/s was better when the oligomer content was 20 vol.%.And then keep the 90mm/s print speed unchanged,and gradually increase the slurry solid co ntent to measure the curing depth,obtained at 40 vol.% solid content of the curing depth of 0.278 mm 。So the thickness of the print when the choice of 0.2mm 。Finally,through the Solid Works to establish a model of the incisors,using Cura software layered slic es,print out the middle incisor model。The green body was sintered,and the degreasing temperature was heated at 1,600 ° C for 1 h and then heated to 1300 ° C for 2 h to cool with the furnace to obtain a non-cracked denture model. |
