Objective :To explore the value of Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced(DCE)MRI in clinical diagnosis and early diagnosis of brucellosis spondylitis.Methods:56patients with Brucellosis, aged between 35-62,including 32 patients with brucella spondylitis obviously and 24 patients with obvious waist pain But the conventional lumbar MRI showed no obvious abnormalities were selected. All the patients were conducted with conwentional MRI and DCE-MRI scan. The variations of the value of ktrans, kep,ve and vp between the vertebral lesions,Early lesions of vertebral body and normal tissues were measured and compared. And under the ROC curve analysis,we calculated the sensitivity and specificity of Ktrans,Kep,Ve and Vp in the diagnosis and early diagnosis of brucella spondylitis. Results:The values of Ktrans,Kep,Ve and Vp were significantly different between the vertebral lesions and normal tissues. The values of Ktrans,Kep and Vp were significantly different between the Early lesions of vertebral body and normal tissues while Ve was not.The areas of Ktrans 、Kep under the ROC curve were the largest. The sensitivity and specificity of both parameters(Ktrans、Kep、Ve、Vp)were 96.9%、68.7%vs96.9%、59.4%vs71.9%、56.2%vs43.8%、93.7%。Conclusion:DCE-MRI quantitative analysis plays a significant role in the diagnosis and eraly diagnosis of the brucella spondylitis.
