Cases Report Of Minimally Invasive Esthetic Restoration In Anterior Teeth With Composite Resin

Objective:The purpose of this clinical study was to evaluate the aesthetic effect of five cases in the restoration of anteriors with composite resin followed by the principle of minimally invasive.Methods:Patients were recruited from the patients who need dental treatment in endodontics department of School and Hospital of Stomatology,Fujian Medical University from December 2015 ~ March 2016.First of all,make a clinical diagnosis by clinical test.And develop the treatment programs.Inform patients of treatment related matters,get the consent of patients and their families.Restore anteriors through multi shade resin restoration technique with composite resin.Procedure: Take the preoperative photograph,shade-matching,rubber dam,caries removing and minimally tooth preparation,pulp capping when necessary,selective etching,bonding,multi shade restoration technique,occlusal adjustment and fine polishing were completed progressively,take postoperative photo immediately.Further consultation were arranged in 1 weeks,3,6months,1 years later to evaluate the efficacy.Results: Both 5 cases of aesthetic resin restoration have achieved satisfied clinical results.Conclusion:Good preoperative communication,accurate preoperative analysis and rational use of multi shade restoration technique can be achieved in the case of minimal tooth preparation to achieve good aesthetic results.
