With the information of society and the upsurge consciousness of people,the relationship between doctors and patients has changed.Contract party is not satisfied with medical results by inappropriate means of medical practitioners,leading to increasingly strained doctor-patient relationship.In the long term,not only conducive to the development of medical level,but also no benefit to patients.Practice has proved that the insurance is the most effective risk transfer mechanism.Prescriptions and patients at the same time need a third party who can moderate the relationship between them as middlemen,and insurance companies can be good at playing the role.Medical liability insurance can transfer medical professional risk,alleviate the economic pressure of medical institutions and improve the tension between doctors and patients.Based on the relative concepts of medical liability insurance,this article analyses the development of medical liability insurance in our country,found that the development of medical liability insurance in our country lags behind and imbalances between supply and demand;then from the perspective of the government,health providers and insurers,reasons for this phenomenon;mainly setting forth from the defect of our country’s medical system,the prescriptions know less about the medical liability insurance and medical liability insurance product single;comparing the medical liability insurance of the United States,Britain,Germany and Japan,thus puts forward suggestions on the development of medical liability insurance and tries to find a way to fit the development of the medical liability insurance in our country.I hope as far as possible to reduce the occurrence of medical alarm in our country and make the society more harmonious.
