PurposeInvestigating the level of resilience in depressive patients, adopting the psychological treatment strategy of resource orientation,we focus on Solution-Focused Brief Therapy(SFBT)effect of resilience on depression in patients with depressive disorder, for clinical pathway to explore a more effective method for clinical psychological treatment.Method1、Investigation study80 patients with depressive symptoms were selected to be assessed by General Survey Scale、Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).at the same time,a total of 70 healthy people were investigated by the ConnerDavidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).2、Intervention study80 patients with depressive disorder were treated with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy,a total of 6-8 times individual intervention. The intervention period was about two weeks, and the individual intervention were carried out three times a week. Each individual intervention time was 80 minutes.3、Follow-up studyTelephone follow-up was performed on 39 depressive patients who had completed the intervention for one year.To understand the psychological status of patients after one year, including recurrence, medication, compliance,we used the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)to conduct a questionnaire survey.Result1、Evaluations of Investigation(1)The resilience of patients with depression scores were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),including optimism, tenacity, strength in patients with depressive disorder scores were lower than the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(2)There were significant differences in the resilience of the patients with different previous history of depression in the resilience of the optimistic dimension(P<0.05),the other dimensions in the different data of demographic Sociology(P>0.05).(3)Multiple regression analysis showed that optimism in resilience had significant effects on depression(β=-0.374,P<0.05,R2=4.6%).Optimism can account for 4.6% of depression.2、Evaluations of Intervention(1)After psychological intervention, the depression before and after the test showed that depression patients with depression significantly decreased(P< 0.01).(2)After psychological intervention, the results showed that the resilience of patients with depression was significantly improved. The total score of resilience(P<0.01),hardiness(P< 0.01),power(P < 0.01),optimism(P < 0.01).3、Evaluations of Follow-up(1)4 patients were relapsed in a year, with a recurrence rate about 10.3%.(2)Questionnaire of 34 patients with depressive disorder show that after a year the depression scores decreased significantly compared with past test(P< 0.01).The resilience score was significantly improved, with resilience(P< 0.01),optimism(P < 0.05).Conclusion(1)Patients with depression were less flexible than normal subjects.(2)The optimism of depressive patients was significantly negatively correlated with the degree of depression, which could be used to predict it.(3)The Solution Focused Brief Therapy can significantly improve the resilience of the patients with depressive disorder.(4)The evaluations of follw-up prove that the Solution Focused Brief Therapy can maintain long-term effects, and can reduce the recurrence rate. |
