Research On The Establishment Of The Index System For Evaluation Of The National Key Clinical Specialist In Shanxi Province

Objective:To establish the index system for assessing the quality evaluation of on the Shanxi province’s national key clinical specialist base on Delphi Kirkpatrick evaluating model.It is contribute to evaluate the quality of the Shanxi province’s national clinical priority specialty,and provide some data which is halpful to develop coordinately of the nationality,province and county’s key clinical specialist.Methods:Based on assessment criteria and evaluative criteria of index system of hospital,two rounds of Delphi consultation were carried out to determine the evaluating indicators and their weights.A multidisciplinary panel made of 21 experts in the field of medical management.All the date were analysed by the Office Excel and statistical treatmented by the SPSS18.0.Results:The active coefficient of experts in the two rounds of Delphi consultation all were 100%(21/21)and both the two rounds of the degree of specialist authority were 0.845.The importance is W=2.07 and the accuracy is W=0.221 in first study.The important is W=0.220,accurate is W=0.267 in second study.The second study of the degree of specialist authority is more than the first one.Conclusion:Panel of experts show great initiative and have great authority on research subjects.The opinions of all experts have been tending to be uniform after two rounds of consultation,and the result is reliable.The index system set up by Delphi method could be applied to evaluate the quality of the Shanxi province’s national clinical priority specialty.
