| Background:With the development of medical science,the research and development of medical testing instruments is not only striving for the maximum detection rate of the disease,but also with the increasingly deepening of the concept of disease prevention and the pursuit of high quality of life demanding higher and higher.Some of the non-invasive,no-radiation clinical examination,such as ECG,echocardiography,magnetic resonance imaging have been used in the field of Cardiology.For its low fees,easy operation and high practical value in clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease,ECG is still the most widely used method in the field of clinical cardiovascular disease.The ECG records the changes in electrical activity during the cardiac cycle.According to the law that " the motion of the charge will set up a magnetic field",the electrical activity of the heart also produces a magnetic field.Magnetocardiography is a non-invasive technique for recording and analyzing the changes of cardiac electromagnetic fields.After more than 50 years of development,MCG has become increasingly mature in the field of Cardiology.Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of the four channel non-shielded,low temperature,superconducting magnetocardiography developed by Shanghai Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the medical instrument and filter the reliable MCG parameters..Methods:A total of 426 eligible subjects were all carried on MCG,CAG and / or coronary CTA examination,the experimental group namely the coronary artery disease group included 278 cases(diagnostic criteria based on coronary angiography : at least one coronary artery or its main branches more than 50% stenosis);the control group namely non CHD group included 148 cases(coronary CTA showed no significant stenosis or mild stenosis or coronary angiography showed the main coronary artery branch stenosis less than 50%).According to compare the difference between the enrolled 10 MCG parameters consist of the angle of the maximum current,angle between negative and positive pole,amplitude ratio between negative and positive pole,maximum angel between negative and positive pole between the TT interval,minimum angel between negative and positive pole between the TT interval,maximum change of the map angle within the TT interval,maximum distance change between center of negative pole and center of positive pole during the TT interval,maximum value of the maximum current during the the TT interval,minimum value of the maximum current during the the TT interval,maximum change of the maximum current angle during the TT interval and the joint parameters in order to evaluate the clinical value of MCG in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Results:Including the 10 MCG parameters,only six parameters have clinical diagnostic value:angle of the maximum current,angle between negative and positive pole,amplitude ratio between negative and positive pole,maximum angel between negative and positive pole between the TT interval,maximum value of the maximum current during the the TT interval,minimum value of the maximum current during the the TT interval.The specificity about the diagnosis of coronary artery disease were 73.56%,64.73%,68.32%,62.53%,59.47%,65.58%,55.41%,64.86%,the sensitivity were 60.81%,66.21%,71.62%,63.51%;a number of parameters,with the increase of joint parameters,the specificity of coronary artery disease gradually increased,decreased sensitivity.When 6 parameters were used to diagnose coronary heart disease,the specificity was 89.43% and the sensitivity was about 26.51%.When a number of parameters were combined,with the increase of joint parameters,the specificity of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease increased gradually meantime the sensitivity gradually decreased.When 6 parameters jointed were used to diagnose coronary heart disease,the specificity was 89.43% and the sensitivity was about 26.51%.Conclusion:(1)There is a certain practical value of the four channels of non-shielded MCG in the preliminary diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).(2)The higher of the positive rate of the MCG parameters,the better of the reliability of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. |
