Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy under the guidance of Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS).Methods:Selection of Shanxi Provincial Cancer Hospital in line with eligible patients with distal gastric cancer surgery from April 2016 to November 2016,According to the admission time has a random single double number,Odd into the traditional treatment group, even into the accelerated rehabilitation group,A total of 60 patients were included,of which 30 cases of traditional treatment group, accelerated rehabilitation group of 30 cases. The age, sex, body weight,BMI and serum albumin level(ALB)were recorded before operation.Surgical related information: operation time, anastomosis, total intraoperative blood loss.Postoperative information on postoperative TNM staging, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, total hospital cost, complication, postoperative day 4 and day 7 serum albumin levels. And the two groups of data were statistically analyzed and compared. Results:There were no significant differences in age,sex,weight,BMI,1-day preoperative serum albumin level, operative time, anastomosis type, total intraoperative blood loss, postoperative TNM staging and complication between the two groups(P ﹥ 0.05).The postoperative ALB level in ERAS group was higher than that in the traditional group, and the change was more stable. The postoperative anal exhaust time ERAS group was faster than that of the traditional group, and the total cost of hospitalization in ERAS group was less than that in the traditional group(P <0.05).The average postoperative hospital stay in ERAS group(8.87 ± 1.80 days)was slightly shorter than that in the traditional group(9.47 ± 1.52 days),but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with the traditional group, the ERAS group had some advantages in relieving the stress response, promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reducing the cost of hospitalization.2.ERAS concept is safe and reliable for laparoscopic assisted radical surgery for distal gastric cancer.
