| Objective: To compare spiral computed tomography(CT)urethrography three-dimensional imaging and conventional X-ray urethrography in the diagnosis and treatment of application value of male anterior urethral stricture.Methods: 28 patients with preoperative using spiral CT urethrography three-dimensional imaging for group A,31 patients with preoperative using conventional X-ray urethrography for group B.59 cases of male with urethral stricture and clausura received transurethral internal resection with cold knife.operative time,the length of urethral stricture or atresia before and after surgery,hospital stays,postoperative maximum urinary flow rate,recurrence rate,complication,ect were compared between the two groups.Results: Open surgery was lower than that of group B(P<0.05);the measurement of the length of stenosis or atresia,operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative maximum urine flow rate,stenosis recurrence rate and the complication rate between the two group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).A group showed that the anatomical structure of urethral stricture or atresia was more clear than that of B group.Conclusions: Spiral CT urethral imaging in the change of the anatomical structure of the urethra,and the guidance of the operation was of high value. |
