Research Progress Of Congenital Neutropenia

This review focuses on the introduction of congenital neutropenia in two categories: the cyclic neutropenia syndrome(cyclic neutronepia,CyN)and heavy congenital neutropenia(severe congenital neutropenia).In recent years,researchers at the molecular level achieve good results,now two clinical manifestations of the disease,pathogenesis and appropriate therapeutic are set forth below,with a view to provide a theoretical basis for future targeted therapy.
