| Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of the Bulk-fill flowable resin and the nano flowable resin in the treatment of deep wedge shaped defects.Methods From December of 2015 to August of 2016,30 patients(50 pairs of premolar)with wedge-shaped defects in department of Stomatology were selected as the subjects of the study.The left and right premolars were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by self contrast design.The experimental group was filled with Bulk-fill flow resin(Sure Fil SDR),and the control group was filled with nano flowable resin(Filtek Z350),Observing the smoothness of obturator and the sensitivity of teeth.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after filling,record the sensitive incidence rate of two groups of patients with 1 week after filling and the prognosis(including filling body integrity,edge coloring and secondary caries incidence)with 6 months after filling.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data,comparing the difference between the two sets of results-with or without statistical significance.Results After 1 week,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(p > 0.05).After filling for 6 months,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the filling body integrity,edge coloring and secondary caries incidence(p > 0.05).Conclusion The bulk fill flowable resin fills the deep wedge-shaped defect with the disposable whole layer filling technology,which can achieve the similar clinical effect with the nano flowable resin with layer filling technology.There was no obvious symptom after the operation;The prognosis of filling body was not significant;There was no significant secondary caries phenomenon and also no filling body falls off phenomenon;Moreover,the whole layer filling operation is faster relative to layer filling which shortens the clinical operation time. |
