Objective: Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is one of the main diseases threatening the health of human being,and the therapeutic effect and prognosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)has been widely concerned and highly valued.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is one of the most commonly used methods for revascularization.The purpose of this paper is to observe the myocardial protective effect of Alprostadil and Nicorandil on patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:120 patients with UAP who needs PCI were randomly divided into Control group(n=30),Alprostadil group(n=30),Nicorandil group(n=30)and two drugs mixed experimental group(n=30).The Control group were given the routine drug therapy in the light of related guide.The Alprostadil group were added alprostadil 10μg once a day.The Nicorandil group were added nicorandil 5mg three times a day.The Two drugs mixed experimental group were added alprostadil and nicorandil at the same time.PCI was performed 48 h after admission.For these groups patients,serum concentrations of creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and high sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-c Tn T)were measured before and 6,12,18,24 h after PCI.Results: No significant differences were observed in general situation,the number of coronary lesions and stent implantation among the four groups.For the control group and three treatment groups,the myocardial injury markers and high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the PCI after the operation of the four time periods were higher than the time when the operation was no admitted.The concentration of CK-MB,hs-CRP and hs-c Tn T were significantly lower in the alprostadil group and nicorandil group as compared to the control group 6,12,18,24 h after PCI(p<0.05).The concentration of CK-MB,hs-CRP and hs-c Tn T were much significantly lower in two drugs mixed experimental group as compared to the control group 6,12,18,24 h after PCI(p<0.05).The concentration of CK-MB,hs-CRP and hs-c Tn T were significantly lower in two drugs mixed experimental group as compared to the alprostadil group and nicorandil group 6,12,18,24 h after PCI(p<0.05).No significant differences were observed in the concentration of CK-MB,hs-CRP and hs-c Tn T between the alprostadil group and nicorandil group 6,12,18,24 h after PCI(p>0.05).Conclusion: In patients with unstable angina pectoris,alprostadil and nicorandil have a synergistic protective effect on myocardial injury in PCI,and this protective effect is better than single drug of alprostadil or nicorandil. |
