| Objective: Clinical investigate on primary nephrosis syndrome by stilbene clearing heat and promoting diuresis decoction and the effects of inflammatory cytokine TNF alpha.Method:Choose patients with primary renal disease treatment using heat and dampne City Chinese Medicine Hospital in March 2016-August 2016 treated 60 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome in medical experiments,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each 30 cases in each group of patients.First of all the patients were western medicine treatment,including hormone therapy,immunosuppressive therapy.While the treatment group used dialectial chinese medicine based on Western medicine treatment,the therapy used stilbene clearing heat and promoting diuresis decoction to treat.The main Chinese medicine included Astragalus,coix seed,almond,white Chloe kernel,spreading hedyotis herb,cicada,two tooth achyranthes root,etc.2months were taken as one course.Result: Through pre-treatment,4 weeks treatment and 8 weeks treatment analyzed the statistics and analysis of the recorded data,we found that the Symptoms of all the patients were improved with different degrees after one course treatment.The treatment patient ’ s disease recovery is superior to control group obviously.The treatment patient’s indexes recovery of quantitative of proteinuria in 24 hour、plasma albumin、glitamic-pyruvic transaminase、Total cholesterol 、The serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,TNF alpha is superior to the control group.The two group statistics have significant difference,it has statistical significance.(P<0.05)Conclusion: Based on primary nephrotic syndrome were Qingre wet treatment,we found that stilbene clearing heat and promoting diuresis decoction can improve the patient’s symptoms,the patient’s recovery is good,it can further promote the use in clinical practice.It can lower blood cholesterol levels and the amounts of protein in the urine,and it also can increase the albumin fraction of plasma protein and lower TNF alpha level.The treatment has anti-inflammatory 、anti-infection and improving microcirculation effects. |
