| Objective To investigate the application value of carbon nano-particle lymph tracer in Ⅵ Lymph node dissection of differentiated thyroid cancer. Methods One hundred and forty-eight patients with differentiated thyroid cancer were delected into the retrospective analysis,seventy-five cases with carbon nano-particle injected in operation were divided into trail group, while the other seventy-three cases without lymph tracer were divided into control group. The number of neck Ⅵ lymph nodes and metastatic lymph nodes between the two groups were compared,as well as the incidence of parathyroid injury and postoperative hypocalcemia. Results There were no significant different in age, gender, tumor size, pathology or type of operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Parathyroid injury incidence in the trail group significantly lower than the control group(5.33% vs 5.33%,P<0.05).There was significant difference in the number of neck Ⅵ lymph node dissection between the two groups.(trail group:6.51±4.65,control group: 4.42±3.10,P<0.05).Conclutsions 1.Carbon nano-particle injected as a lymph tracer in thyroid surgery is helpful of neck Ⅵ lymph node dissection.2.The characteristics of the parathyroid gland negative imaging can effectively decrease the rate of parathyroid gland injury. |
