Purpose By comparison of curative effect of En Cor minimally invasive surgery and open surgery in the treatment of benign breast tumor to explore a more sophisticated, more secure, more efficient and more aesthetic operation and to explore the potential value of minimally invasive surgery in the diagnosis and treatment. Methods In this study,we use the method of retrospective analysis to collect 406 cases of benign breast tumor in the Department of breast and thyroid surgery of Affiliated Hospital of Qing Hai University from 2014.10-2016.10.The patients in 197 with minimally invasive surgery and open surgery 209 were divided into the observation group and the control group.there was no significantly statistical difference(P>0.05),by comparison of both two groups in the age, course of disease, tumor diameter etc.general information, which made the two group comparable.Analyse the data of the operation time, blood loss, length of the incision etc after operative to get the result. Results Two groups of patients with lesions were removed completely.Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly better in the operation time [(15.39±6.20)min vs(32.55±6.36)min,t=27.518,P=0.00 ],blood loss[(10.65±3.19)ml vs(15.47±4.64)ml,t=12.263,P=0.00],the mean length of incision[(3.0±0.01)mm vs(22.51±12.53)mm,t=22.512,P=0.00],VAS(2.41±0.47)分 vs(4.27±1.38)分,t=18.307,P=0.00],and the observation group in degree of satisfaction was97.72% better than the control group72.24%.there was significantly statistical difference(P<0.05)Conclusions The En Cor vacuum-assisted invasive surgery guided by ultrasound had the advantages of shorter operative time, less bleeding, more beautiful incision than traditional operation. It conformed to the surgical operation in minimally invasive trend. |
