Objective:Using CT perfusion technology with methazolamide test to discuss whether there is a difference between the cerebrovascular reserve capacity of the Tibetan and Han healthy and the relationship with the altitude of Qinghai province. Methods:Collecting 40 cases of the Tibetan and Han healthy volunteers of Qinghai province at the mid and high altitude areas.Using GE Revolution CT combined with methazolamide test to get the perfusion images with CBF,CBV,MTT,and then calculate the CVR.Using SPSS21.0 software analysis the data, the results were expressed with((?)±s).Compared the perfusion parameters before and after provocation test with paired t test(α=0.05),Compared the CVR values of the different nationalities with the same altitude and the different altitudes with the same nationality by using single factor analysis of variance(α=0.05).Results:(1)Comparison of perfusion parameters before and after provocation test, after stimulation test,CBF,CBV increased,MTT shortened. The CBV in before and after the stimulation test, that there was no significant difference between the middle altitude Han of the temporal and occipital lobes, the high altitude Han of the thalamus. The MTT in before and after the stimulation test, that there was no significant difference the middle altitude Tibetan of the frontal lobe, the high altitude Tibetan of the temporal lobe and thalamus, the middle altitude Tibetan and Han of the lenticular nucleus. There were significant differences in the rest of region of interest perfusion parameters in before and after the provocation test.(2)Compared with CVR in Tibetan and Han nationality at middle altitude, there were no differences in frontal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe, lenticular nucleus and thalamus.Compared with CVR in Tibetan and Han nationality at high altitude, there was significant difference in temporal lobe and lenticular nucleus,Tibetan is higher than Han nationality.(3)Compared with Tibetan CVR in middle and high altitude, the frontal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe and thalamus were significantly different.Compared with Han CVR in middle and high altitude, the frontal lobeand thalamus were significantly different.High altitude is higher than middle altitude. Conclusion: (1)The cerebrovascular reserve capacity of Tibetan at high altitude is higher than that of middle altitude Tibetan.(2)The cerebrovascular reserve capacity of Han at high altitude is higher than that of middle altitude Han.(3)The cerebrovascular reserve capacity at high altitude Tibetan is higher than that of Han nationality.
