Objective: To analyze the characteristics of Shijiazhuang severe air pollution,research the general situation of the severe haze of respiratory symptoms of high exposure population and the awareness of protection and measures,and investigate lung function and the effects of short term severe haze exposure on airway inflammatory.Methods: The date of Shijiazhuang city average urban air quality on the same day were supplied from Shijiazhuang city,Hebei province environmental protection bureau.Through real-time monitoring site,investigators called the research object to participate in the study when AQI index>150 μg/m3.Research used the questionnaire form,the content including demographic information(name,gender,age,height,weight),smoking status,chronic airway disease family history,masks and other protective measures,outdoor working hours,and presence of respiratory symptoms and other system symptoms.Outdoor working crowds in Shijiazhuang city were selected as the research object,take a lung function before and after work(4-6 hour intervals)sputum was collected for inflammatory factors detection(TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-5、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-17、TGF-β1、ET-1、MDA、MMP-9、GSTP1、MMP-12、SOD3)and cell counting.The significant difference was also analyzed.Results:1 In winter,the haze in the urban area of Shijiazhuang was serious,with high concentration of particulate matters,sulfide and nitrogen oxides;In March and April,the concentration of fine particulate matters and harmful gases were improved significantly.However,the proportion of inhalable particles was still relatively large.And then,the air pollution was obviously improved from May to July.The concentration of air particles and harmful gases were also reduced dramatically.2 The prevention consciousness is weak,the rate of people who wear masks is only 41.97%,and all masks are cotton or disposable masks.With the people who had respiratory symptoms,the rate of who wear face mask is 14.16%,not wearing masks is 18.32%,the difference is not big,p>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The rate of men wore face mask is significantly lower than women,while men smoking history and the probability of respiratory symptoms are much higher than women.3 PM2.5 rise every 10 mu g/m3,FEV1.0,FVC increased by 2.59% and 2.59% respectively.When exposed to severe haze,the rising trend of lung function performance of the smoking research object(>20/day)than nonsmokers tend to curb,no statistical difference.The longer the working time,the falling of the FEV1.0,difference is statistically significant.4 In sputum,the proinflammatory factor IL-2 in preservice was 8.14±4.73(pg/ml),after the post was 10.17±4.69(pg/ml)expression level is higher than before,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The proinflammatory factor IL-8 in preservice was 1146.79±1127.49(pg/ml),after the post was 1578.48±959.30(pg/ml),the expression level is higher than before,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Inflammation suppression factor TGF-β1 pre-job was 53.09±33.06(pg/ml),after the post was 39.99±12.63(pg/ml),the expression level decreased,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Lipid peroxidation products MDA in preservice was 7.27±3.51(pg/ml),after the post was 4.17±1.61(pg/ml),the expression level decreased,P<0.05 the difference was statistically significant.Superoxide radical scavenging factor SOD pre-job was 12.98± 25.48(pg/ml),after the post was 0.76±0.51(pg/ml),the expression level decreased,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.5 The number of the neutrophils and lymphocytes increased after exposure,but there were no significant differences.Conclusion: Haze exposure has health threats among the outdoor working crowd,which could induce the airway inflammatory response and affect the body defense capability and oxidative stress function.This study take a regional severe haze phase analysis of Shijiazhuang and investigate the health impact of short-term high exposure population,further verify the harm of the severe haze to the people,and improve national protective consciousness,supply the theoretical basis for further cure.
