Clinical Observation On Jia Wei Lan Zhou Prescription Combined With Cyclosporine A In The Treatment Of Patients With Low Risk Or Intermediate Risk-1 Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Objective:This study aims to observe the effect of Jia Wei Lanzhou Prescription combined with cyclosporine A on peripheral blood,bone marrow,TCM syndrome score and blood transfusion in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)(low risk or intermediate risk-1),To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the Jia Wei Lanzhou Prescription in the treatment of MDS,provides more effective treatment for MDS(low risk or intermediate risk-1).Methods:40 cases who comes from Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine inpatient or outpatient in Gansu Province Tumor hospital in April 2015-November2016 is Collected for the clinical research,IPSS in which belongs to MDS(low risk or intermediate risk-1).Forty patients meet with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups in sex,age,IPSS score and risk,hospital and outpatient distribution,and diagnosis type(P >0.05),No cases fall off.The patients in the control group were treated with cyclosporine A,on the basis of the control group,The treatment group were given the Jia Wei Lanzhou Prescription.After one courses of treatment,observe the changes of peripheral blood,bone marrow,TCM symptom scores and blood transfusion.SPSS 21.0 software was used to analysis the results,there have significant difference when P <0.05.Results:(1)After treatment,the white blood cells and hemoglobin in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05);the peripheral hemoglobin of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before(P <0.05).(2)The degree of bone marrow hyperplasia in two groups was not significant before and after treatment(P >0.05);Erythrocyte abnormalities in treatment groups decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.05);There was no significant difference between the granulocyte and the megakaryocytic hematopoietic between and within the groups(P > 0.05).(3)After transfusion treatment,the blood transfusion in the treatment group was significantly less than control group(P <0.05).(4)After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P <0.05).(5)Before and after treatment,difference of stool and urine routine,liver and kidney function between the two groups were not significant(P >0.05),no serious adverse reactions occurred,it shows that the Jia Wei Lanzhou Prescription has a good security.Conclusion:Jiawei Lan Zhou Prescriptiont combined with cyclosporine A can in a certain extent improve peripheral blood and bone marrow of MDS(low risk or intermediate risk-1),reduce blood transfusion,improve clinical efficacy,have a good security.
