Ufida HRP In Shihezi City People’s Hospital Financial Management,the Application Of Effective Research

The financial management of hospital is the core of the whole hospital.It has play an important role in sustainable development of the hospital through the way of providing reference data,improving efficiency management and supervision function and so on.The informatization of health management has become an important tool with the further reform of medical in our country,advanced management system of financial informatization guarantee the efficient operation of hospital logistics management.Currently hospital resources planning(HRP)as the world’s most advanced and widely hospital information management system has effectively applied to improve hospital efficiency,simplify the medical clinic link,reduce medical errors and shorten the process of hospital fees.Shihezi city people’s hospital as a secondary general hospital,which introduction the HRP system under the new financial system to gradually integrate the logistics,cash and information,realized the integration of the hospital management,promoted the level of hospital operation management,obtained the double harvest of “economic efficiency” and “social benefits”.This paper research on the components and existing problems of the hospital of HRP system from the aspects of situation analysis of the Shihezi people’s hospital use the HRP system and the perspective of the financial management.The efficiently operation conditions of the HRP system and supporting measures are proposed with respect to improve the hospital financial management processes and systems based on the preliminary research,it has a certain practical reference value for hospital resource planning(HRP)system,and how to strengthen the hospital financial core competitiveness provides a significant theoretical and practical significance under the new reform situation.
