Objective Explore the female genital tract common pathogens in Tianjin region(including canjdida,trichomonas vaginalis,BV,mycoplasma,Chlamydia infection)infection and reproductive road flyover the correlation of human papillomavirus infection.Methods 1 Collected in August 2015 to August 2016 in Tianjin area of Tianjin Pollice Hospital,300 cases of patients wsith gynecological clinics,subtype infection of HPV type single or multiple subtypes mixed infection of 150 cases of patients,HPV subtypes without infection(HPV negative)patients 150 cases.Patients in group were candida,trichomonas vaginalis,bacterial vaginal disease,chlamydia trachomatis,detection of ureaplasma mycoplasma.Patients in group were candida,trichomonas vaginalis,bacterial vaginal disease,chlamydia trachomatis,detection of ureaplasma mycoplasma.Through the study of the statistical analysis of test results,Understanding have HPV infection without genital tract infection of genital tract common pathogens and correlation.2Collected in August 2015 in August 2016,tianjin demimondaine HPV positive patients with 60 cases.Results 1.150 cases of HPV positive patients,118 cases of single HPV infection,including high risk type HPV accounts for 102 cases,check rate is higher for 52(19.61%),16(18.63%),of 16 patients with HPV positive low-risk type,main type is 6(25%),43(18.75%).32 cases of mixed infection of HPV subtype of multiple genes.The higher test rates are 52+53(12.5%),type53+43(12.5%),type 6+43(12.5%).2.In 300 cases of patients with clinic on women:(1)18 to 30 patients with HPV positive and negative accounted for 74.19% and 25.81%,respectively.31-40 patients with HPV positive and negative accounted for 44.12% and 55.88%,respectively.At the age of 41 to 50 patients with HPV positive and negative accounted for 17.57% and 82.43%,respectively.Patients with different ages of HPV positive difference was statistically significant(P<0.001),in the age of 18 to 30 years old female patients,higher detection rate of HPV infection.(2)Sex 0~2 times a week in patients with HPV positive and negative accounted for 45.57% and 54.43%,respectively.Sex 3~4 times a week in patients with HPV positive and negative accounted for 45.56% and 54.44%,respectively.Sex life to 5 times a week or more patients HPV positive and negative accounted for 71.15% and 28.85%,respectively.Patients with different degree of frequent sex of HPV infection positive rate between the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004),a week sexual in five or more patients HPV positive rate is higher than lower frequency.(3)In the process of sex,contraceptive patients HPV positive and negative selection tool were 13.56%,86.44% respectively.Don’t use condoms contraception HPV positive,negative 73.63%,26.37% respectively.And compared patients who were not using condoms during sex,using condoms women of HPV positive rate is low,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(4)Line of 0~2 times of induced abortion patients HPV positive and negative 22.32%,77.68% respectively.Line 3~4 times of induced abortion patients HPV positive and negative 54.84%,45.16% respectively.Line 5 times or more induced abortion patients HPV positive and negative 77.89%,22.11%respectively.With the increase of the number of abortions,HPV positive patients also increases,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(5)HPV infection multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that age<41(OR=13.490,95%CI12.032-13.678,P=0.011;OR=3.704,95%CI 2.187-5.567,P=0.014),did not use condoms(OR=17.780,95%CI 15.435-19.915,P= 0.015)is a risk factor for HPV infection;Sexual frequency<5 a week(OR=0.339,95% CI0.243-0.511,P=0.013;OR=0.339,95%CI0.294-0.563,P=0.013),abortion times<5(OR=0.082,95%CI0.072-0.171,P=0.013;OR=0.345,95%CI0.295-0.646,P=0.016)is the protection of HPV infection factors.3.Other common genital tract HPV and pathogen infection:(1)Single factor comparative analysis showed that: two groups of candida infections(χ2=0.564,P=0.453),trichomonas vaginalis infection(χ2=0.177,P=0.674)between the differences were not statistically significant;BV infection(χ2=9.631,P=0.0.02),UU infection rates(χ2=12.818,P<0.001),CT infection rate(χ2=33.592,P<0.001)between the difference was statistically significant.BV,CT,UU positive group HPV infection positive rate than BV,CT,UU negative groups.(2)Logistic regression analysis showed that BV infection(OR=2.120,95%CI 1.936-3.863,P=0.012),UU infection(OR=2.314,95%CI 1.155-4.055,P=0.013),CT infection(OR=8.755,95%CI4.537-10.282,P=0.009)are the risk factors of HPV infection.4(1)The comparison of HPV multiple infections with other common pathogen infections in the reproductive tract showed: HPV infection and multiple candida infection(χ2=2.272,P=2.272),BV infection(χ2=0.648,P=0.648),UU infection rates(χ2=0.650,P=0.420)there were no statistically significant difference between;The difference between HPV multiple infection and vaginal trichomoniasis infection(χ2=37.174,P<0.001)and CT infection rate(χ2=52.271,P<0.001)was statistically significant.The vaginal trichomoniasis and CT infection rate of HPV multiple infected groups were higher than in the control group.(2)Logistic regression analysis of HPV multiple infection.Vaginal trichomoniasis infection(OR=12.910,95%CI 11.573-13.911,P=0.012),CT infection(OR=30,95%CI 21.234-44.481,P=0.009)is a risk factor for HPV multiple infections.5 Of the 150 cases of HPV positive in the clinic,118 cases of HPV infection were transmitted by HPV(78.67%);32 cases of mixed infection(21.33%),and observed the HPV positive patients with 60 cases,HPV infection of simple 13 cases(21.67%),47 cases of mixed infection(78.33%),the results showed that the infection rate in patients with similar between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=59.335,P<0.001),compared with outpatients,observed among patients with HPV infection to the mixture of multiple genes of HPV infection.Conclusion Common types of HPV in tianjin area in high-risk 52,16,low-risk type for 6,43 type.With age,sex how often,if choose condoms and the number of abortions.And candida yeast infection without correlation,and trichomonas vaginalis,bacterial vaginal disease,solution urea mycoplasma,chlamydia trachomatis infection have correlation.
