The Comparative Study On The Short-term Effect Of Abortion In Early Pregnancy Between Scarred And Normal Uterus

Objective:To study the effect of uterine scar in early pregnancy abortion,and to seek a safer and more effective way for abortion in early pregnancy.Methods: From June 2015 to October 2016,the 588 women of research objects are from Ningbo University Affiliated Hospital and family planning clinics and there are three methods which are medical abortion,vacuum aspiration abortion and combine vacuum aspiration to stop early pregnancy during the period.The number of uterine scar pregnancy abortion is 291 cases.The medical abortion,vacuum aspiration abortion and combined with vacuum suction aspiration abortion are all 97 cases;The number of uterine pregnancy abortion is 297 cases.The medical abortion,the vacuum aspiration abortion and medicine combined vacuum aspiration abortion are all 99 cases;Observe the effects of three different abortion methods of the two groups in the rate of complete abortion,incomplete abortion and abortion failure,the time of pregnancy discharge,bleeding volume,vaginal bleeding time,the rate of incident on induced abortion synthesis,the uterine perforation rate and infection rate.Results:Three methods of the two groups are found without perforation and medical abortion is without abortion syndrome.The three method show that scarred uterus has lower complete abortion rate,and the scarred uterus has higher rate in incomplete abortion and abortion failure.The time of pregnancy discharge is shorter.The amount of uterus bleeding is longer.The time of vagina bleeding after operation is shorter.The differences of indexes for scarred and normal uterus are found with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).The medical abortion for the scarred uterus has lower complete abortion rate than vacuum aspiration abortion and combine vacuum aspiration.and the medical abortion has higher rate in incomplete abortion and abortion failure.The time of pregnancy discharge is shorter.The amount of uterus bleeding is longer.The time of vagina bleeding after operation is easier.The indexes of differences are with statistical significance(P<0.05);medicine combined aspiration abortion for scarred uterus with shorter time of pregnancy thing out,less amount in bleeding,lower rate in generalized reaction and infection,it is found with statistical significance(P<0.05).The rest of the index differences are with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions:Scarred uterus reduces the rate of complete abortion and increases the rate of incomplete abortion and abortion failure,the amount of bleeding,the time of bleeding and infection after abortion.So medicine abortion combined vacuum aspiration abortion is a safer and more effective way for termination of early pregnancy uterine scar with less bleeding,shorter bleeding time and less operation time to reduce the rate of uterus perforation and infection.
