Background and Purpose: Bone mineral density and bone structural deterioration are the basic reasons for the occurrence of pathological fracture in osteoporosis,therefore,Accurate and rapid assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the bone structure has important value for diagnosis and fracture risk assessment.This study was based on the descriptive statistics analysis of large data of thin layer CT scanning,name as Bone structure Convention.To explore the feasibility of quantitative judgment of the advantages and disadvantages of the bone structure.To assist in the diagnosis of osteoporosis,and make up for the lack of bone density measurement.Method: Thin layer CT scanning data of 721 cases,The femur was divided into three parts: the femoral head,the neck of the femur and the rotor in Mimics 14.0,and step by step to split the neck of the femur.Obtain data by Excel macro command:(1)Mean value of CT: (?);(2)Standard deviation coefficient: Vσ(σ/(?)).Statistical analysis:(1)Correlation and regression analysis between age and (?),Vσ.(2)Correlation comparison of age and femoral head,femoral neck and intertrochanteric.(3)Single factor analysis of variance between randomly divided femoral neck and accurate cutting of the femoral neck.Result: correlation analysis:(1)Age was negatively correlated with (?) of cancellous bone and intact femur,R~2 of cancellous bone is 0.799-0.8278,R~2 of Intact femur is 0.7951-0.8251.(2)Age was positive correlated with Vσ of cancellous bone and intact femur,R~2 of cancellous bone is 0.8829-0.9411,R~2 of Intact femur is 0.8381-0.8839.(4)The correlation between age and cancellous bone was better than that of intact femur.Correlation comparison: The correlation between the femoral neck and the age is higher than that femoral head and the rotor part.Single factor variance analysis: Comparison of randomly divided femoral neck with accurate segmentation of the femoral neck,There was no significant difference in the mean value of CT and standard deviation coefficient in the cancellous bone.Conclusion: Routine bone structure has good quality control,can be used to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the bone structure.It can be used to diagnose osteoporosis by judging the bone structure.
