A Meta-Analysis Of Intensive Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) In Treatment Of Uterine Adenomyosis’ Curative Effect

Objective: to study the curative effect and safety of the high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in treatment of uterine adenomyosis,For this treatment can provide the basis of the evidence-based medicine in extensive clinical.Methods:We through search a computer search website which named Pub Med、 EMbase、Cochrane library、Clinical trials、CBM、CNKI and Wan Fang data about article for the efficacy of HIFU treatment of uterine adenomyosis randomized controlled trial(RCT),in February 2017 to build the library retrieval time.According to include and exclude selection criteria,we extract the data,assess the methodological quality of the study,then using Rev Man analysis software for 5.3.Results: Eventually into 8 articles,a total of 616 cases of uterine adenomyosis patients,the results compared with uterine adenomyosis patients using Gn RHa,HIFU can significantly reduce the size of the patients with uterine adenomyosis uterine and to reduce the size of the lesion volume;With uterine artery embolization,HIFU can improve the patient’s health-related quality of life score,reduce the patient’s blood;Local lesion resection with laparoscopic treatment than abenomyosis,HIFU can obviously improve the patient’s pain score vision,drive down its CA125,make higher hemoglobin,and the release of substance P in pain,uterine volume change,there is no statistically significant symptoms improvement,quality of life improved.With hysterectomy surgery than abenomyosis.HIFU can obviously improve the quality of life,reduce the treatment cost.HIFU respectively with oxytocin,Gn RHa,mifepristone combined treatment of abenomyosis combination than HIFU treatment effect is better.Conclusion: HIFU with the quality of noninvasive and it can improve patient’s quality of life,low cost,no hysterectomy can also obviously improve symptoms,reduce the postoperative complications of new method for treatment of uterine adenomyosis,it has better effect to use HIFU combined with mifepristone,GnRHa and oxytocin.
