Effects Of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined With Telmisartan On Cardiomyocyte Apoptosis Induced By Volatile High Glucose

Objective:To investigate the effects of atorvastatin(atvvastatin,atv)and telmisartan(TEL)on the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes induced by hyperglycemia.Methods:The cardiomyocytes were grown in low concentration glucose(normal concentration)environment.The logarithmic growth cells were divided into blank control group A,high glucose group B with high and low concentration,different drug intervention in high and low concentration alternating environment(The combination of high concentration of atorvastatin calcium 10.0umol / l,high concentration of telmisartan1 umol / l,high concentration of the two combined)C1-C3 group.(CCK-8)was used to detect the proliferation of cardiomyocytes.The cell apoptosis was detected by cell apoptosis detection kit(TUNEL).The cell proliferation and cytotoxicity test kit(CCK-8)were used to detect the proliferation of cardiomyocytes.Of apoptosis.Results:(1)compared with the control group,the myocardial cell proliferation of intermittent high glucose group and the intervention group were lower.(2)compared with the intermittent high glucose group,atorvastatin calcium intervention group and telmisartan two combined on myocardial cell proliferation has protective effect.(3)combined with drugs the intervention group and single drug intervention group compared with the two,the protective effect of the combined use of the two groups on the apoptosis of myocardial cells is more obvious,is superior to the single use of either drug.Conclusion:Intermittent high glucose environment has obvious injury of myocardial cells,atorvastatin calcium,telmisartan and after the combination of the two can damage the myocardial cells reduce volatility of sugar,and protective effect of the combination of the two myocardial cells more significantly,significantly better than the single use of any drug...
