Study On The Endoscopic And Pathological Outcomes In Patients With Follicular Gastritis After Eradication Of Helicobacter Pylori

Objective:To observe the successful eradication of Helicobacter pylori treatment for 3 months,6 months,1 years after follicular gastritis patients with clinical symptoms,pathological features and endoscopic mucosal biopsy,and compared with before treatment,and evaluate the treatment effect,so as to improve the understanding of this disease,as its standard provide objective clinical basis for treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 186 cases of follicular gastritis diagnosed by endoscopy center in The third people’s Hospital of Datong from March 2008 to October 201,the successful eradication of Hp and complete data of the 141 cases.Observed and recorded in 141 patients with Hp eradication therapy for 3 months,6 months,1 years after the clinical symptoms,endoscopy,pathology,and compared with before treatment.SPSS 19 statistical software was used to analyze the data.The measurement data were described by the M±QR.The chi square test was used to the count data,and to test the level of a=0.05.Results:(1)In 141 patients with follicular gastritis,there were 34(24.1%)males and107(75.9%)females,the ratio of male to female was 1:3.1;the median age was 38(14-67).There are 108(76.6%)cases under the age of 44,including 27 male cases(25%),female 81(75%)cases.Male: female =1:3,follicular gastritis patients were dominated by women,and for young women.(2)The clinical features of follicular patients mainly manifested as: upper abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting,regurgitation,non-specific upper gastrointestinal symptoms.Endoscopic features: the gastric antrum as the center,can be extended to the stomach angle,the size of the junction area of the antrum of the same size or cobblestone like change,pale or pale red color.Histopathological examination showed that gastric antrum or gastric mucosa showed chronic non atrophic inflammation,and showed moderate to severe change,122(86.5%)patients with visible follicular germinal center cases of hyperplasia,inflammatory cells predominated by lymphocytes infiltration around.(3)Patients were followed up by quadruple therapy for eradication of Hp after treatment in Hp after successful eradication of clinical symptoms after 3 months were relieved;6 months later,115 patients presented with a flat or disappeared endoscopic nodule,and in 1 years after the operation,the lymph nodes disappeared in the pathology of the 117 patients.Conclusion:Follicular gastritis is a high incidence in young women,closely related to helicobacter pylori infection,the endoscopic nodular changes were considered after helicobacter pylori infection caused by long-term stimulation,is a special kind of endoscopic performance.Successful eradication of helicobacter pylori after treatment,the clinical symptoms of patients improved significantly;endoscopic nodules gradually become flat until it disappears,the stomach normal mucosa;histopathology showed mucosal inflammation is reduced gradually,lymph follicles gradually reduced until disappeared.
