Objective:By researching the concentration levelof Human Cartilage glycoprotein 39(HC gp-39)in the Plasma 0f children with Kawasaki Diseaseand the relationshi p between HC gp-39 with Coronary Artery lesion(CAL),to further investigati on clinical significance of HC gp-39 in KD.Methods:Fifty children who were diagnosed as suffering fromKD in the Children’s Hospital of Shanxi Province were subsumedby the experimental group of KDd uring the period between March 2015 and January 2016.They were split into t wo groups based on thecourse of disease:the acute group and the subacute gro up.Simultaneously,on the basis of Ultrasonic Cardiogram(UCG),the experimenta l group of KD in the acute stage were divided into group of Coronary Artery lesion(CAL)and group ofnon-Coronary Artery lesion(NCAL).Twenty healthy ch ildren who had healthy examinationat the same period of the Children’s Hospit al of Shanxi Province were randomly selected to the healthy control group.The expression levelof HC gp-39 in the Plasmaof the research objects were measu redby the aid of double antibody sandwich enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay(ELISA)method.By compared with the concentration level of HC gp-39 of eve ry group,to research theconcentration levelof HC gp-39 in the Plasma of childr en with Kawasaki Diseaseand the relationship between HC gp-39 with Coronar y Artery lesion.Results:Quantitativedetection indicated that the concentration level of HC gp-39 in the plasma in experimental group of KD whether was acute stage or subacute stagewas higher than that in the healthy control group(F=94.42,P<0.05);th e concentration level of HC gp-39 in the plasma in the acute group was highe r than that in the subacute group;the concentration level of HC gp-39 in thepla sma,which come from acute stage of experimental group of KD,in the CAL gr oup was higher than that in the NCAL group(t=4.39,P<0.05).The correlatio n analysisdisplayed that the concentration level of HC gp-39 in children of KD is positively correlated with ESR,platelet and CRP(r=0.78,P<0.05;r=0.80,P<0.05;r=0.71,P<0.05).Conclusions:Human Cartilage glycoprotein39 possibly has play an important role in occ urrence and development of KD,which maybe measured dynamically has import antclinical significance for diagnosis timely and condition assessment. |
