The Observation Of The Curative Effect Of The Vascular Dementia Through Hui Medicine Flipping Du Meridian Combined With Acupuncture

Objective: To observe the difference clinical curative effects of Hui medicine flipping therapy du meridian combined acupuncture and simple use of flipping therapy,acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia.Method: According to a randomized,controlled clinical research method,the choice conforms to the inclusion criteria of 120 patients with vascular dementia,according to the doctor order to1:1:1 proportion were randomly divided into flipping therapy combined acupuncture group and du meridian flipping therapy group,the routine acupuncture group,40 cases in each group.flipping therapy combined acupuncture group was given flipping therapy combining acupuncture,acupuncture 1 times a day,every time 30 min,continuous treatment 5 times a week,weekend rest,flipping treatment on Mondays and fridays,2 times a week.Du meridian flipping therapy treatment with flipping flipping therapy acupuncture group of flipping therapy treatment,the treatment of routine acupuncture group with acupuncture treatment in flipping therapy acupuncture group.1 week for a period of treatment,treatment of 4 weeks.Respectively before treatment,after treatment of 4 weeks,12 weeks follow-up with vascular dementia dialectical scale(SDSVD),simple mental state scale(MMSE),hasegawa dementia scale(HDS),revised rating scale(ADL)daily life activities,evaluation of clinical curative effect.Result:1.Overall curative effect: the whole set analysis method(FAS analysis): after 4weeks flipping therapy combined acupuncture acupuncture group total effective rate was90.00%(36/40),Du meridian flipping therapy group 70.00%(28/40),acupuncture group70.00%(26/40).After 12 weeks follow-up,flipping therapy combined acupuncture treatment group and Du meridian flipping therapy group and acupuncture group total effective rate was85.00%(34/40),65.00%(26/40)and 60.00%(24/40).After treatment of 4 weeks,12 weeks follow-up group total effective rate is not the same,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Flipping therapy combined acupuncture treatment group and du meridian flipping therapy group,the acupuncture group,differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05,P2 <0.05);Du meridian flipping therapy group compared with conventional acupuncture treatment group,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);Using conform to the plan set analysis(PP analysis): after 4 weeks flipping therapy combined acupuncture treatment group total effective rate was 89.47%(34/38),du meridian flipping therapy 65.79%(25/38),the acupuncture group 65.79%(24/38).After 12 weeks follow-up flipping therapy combined acupuncture treatment group and du meridian flipping therapy group and acupuncture group total effective rate was 86.84(33/38)respectively %,60.52%(25/38)and 57.89%(22/38).After treatment of 4 weeks,12 weeks follow-up group total effective rate is not the same,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Flipping therapy combined acupuncture treatment group and du meridian flipping therapy group,the acupuncture group,differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05,P2 < 0.05);Du meridian flipping therapy group compared with acupuncture treatment group,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).2.Compare the evaluation indexes,using analysis method(FAS analysis)and conform to the plan set analysis(PP analysis): 4 weeks after treatment 3 groups each score were significantly change before the treatment(all P < 0.01);Flipping therapy combined acupuncture treatment group,SDSVD,MMSE,HDS,ADL scores improved better than du meridian flipping therapy group and acupuncture group(all P < 0.05);Du meridian flipping therapy group and routine acupuncture group after treatment there was no statistically significant difference of each index score(P > 0.05).Follow-up after 12 weeks,the whole analysis method(FAS analysis)and conform to the plan set analysis(PP analysis): Flippingtherapy combined acupuncture treatment group,SDSVD,MMSE,HDS,ADL scores improved better than du meridian flipping therapy group and routine acupuncture group(all P < 0.05);Du meridian flipping therapy group and acupuncture group there was no statistically significant difference each index score(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Hui medicine flipping therapy du meridian combined acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia in recent,the overall efficacy of the middle is better than that of pure du meridian flipping therapy and acupuncture therapy;2.Hui medicine flipping therapy du meridian combined acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia in recent,medium-term improve cognitive function in patients with TCM syndrome integral,and restore the daily activity ability is better than that of pure du meridian flipping therapy and acupuncture therapy;3.Du meridian flipping therapy and acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia in the aspect of clinical curative effect,improve the evaluation indexes and mid-term effects of recent similar,but du meridian flipping therapy group in such aspects as material,save time and save the medical expenses is superior to the conventional acupuncture group.
