| Ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and vaginal cancer are the most commonly malignant tumors in women,and have a tremendous effect on survivals and quality of life.In order to improve the situation,neoadjuvant chemotherapy was gradually accepted by a increasing number of gynecologic oncologists to treat malignant tumors.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy was a treatment for patients with malignant disease to create a beneficial condition for tumor cytoreductive surgery and radiotherapy.Researches of neoadjuvant chemotherapy among patients with ovarian cancer occupies the majority.It gives patients with advanced ovarian cancer opportunities for satisfactory tumor cytoreductive surgery.With the rejuvenation of the patients with cervical cancer and a eagerness for pregnancy,the use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in cervical cancer appealed more and more gynecologic oncologists.However,the use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in endometrial carcinoma was relative less.But we can also get some successful cases of the utilization of neoadjuvant chemotherapy among the patients with endometrial cancer that unable to perform satisfactory surgery.For the purpose of reducing complications and improvement of the quality of post-operations among patients with advanced vaginal cancer,the utilization of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on vaginal cancer remains.The article aims to have a conclusion of the current situation and effect of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy on gynecologic malignant diseases(ovarian cancer,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and vaginal cancer).We have a research of the total survival lifetime of post-operation,disease-free survival and quality of life after operation among patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.From which we could have of clear awareness of indications,and therapeutic effect of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy applied in four common gynecologic diseases.Finally,we have a forward to the future of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of malignant disease. |
