| Objective: In our country, one million deformed babies are born approximately each year. One of the most incidence rate is the central system of hypoplasia which has brought a heavy burden to the family and society. Therefore, early and accurate diagnosis of fetal central nervous system diseases will help to improve prenatal and postnatal care which has an important role for family and social stability.Prenatal ultrasound(ultrasound,US)examination has always been the preferred prenatal imaging examination method. But the ultrasound examination,to a certain extent, has some shortcomings. It need other methods to improve the inspection.MRI has the advantages of no ray damage, good soft tissue contrast and spatial resolution, wide field of vision and other advantages, completing with the prenatal ultrasound to another important fetal prenatal imaging methods. This study aims to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of MRI in the detection of fetal ventricular dilatation by comparing ultrasound and MRI techniques to explore the value of MRI in fetal examination. At the same time, the factors of impacting the fetal magnetic resonance imaging quality were used for regression analysis. It will help,in practice,to avoid control of the influencing factors to improve the quality of fetal magnetic resonance imaging for the accurate diagnosis of fetal central nervous system diseases. Methods: A total of 120 pregnant women who underwent fetal ultrasound and showed fetal dilatation and subsequent MRI examinations from March 2014 to November 2015 were selected in our study. We analyzed the results of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging, laboratory chromosome analysis, maternal serum TORCH detection, and follow-up results to explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound and MRI in the detection of fetal ventriculardilatation and the regression analysis of factors affecting the quality of fetal magnetic resonance imaging. Results: We found that the heart rate(P<0.001,Exp(B)= 1.054),fetal movement(P<0.001,Exp(B)=20.04),breathing(P<0.001,Exp(B)=4.07)and amniotic fluid(P<0.001,Exp(B)=1.05)has a certain impact on the quality of fetal magnetic resonance imaging, while gestational age(P=0.54)had no statistically significant difference in magnetic resonance imaging through Logistic regression analysis. In the second part,Ultrasound diagnosis of fetal ventricular dilatation in 120 cases,92 cases of fetal ultrasound and MRI results were come into the study. The rate of MRI diagnosis comply with ultrasound was 73.9%,MRI supplement diagnosis rate was 26.1%.The factors that affecting the quality of fetal magnetic resonance imaging are the pregnant women breathing, heart rate, fetal movement, amniotic fluid volume. Conclusion: In the MRI examination, pregnant smooth breathing and normal heart rate is an important factor to ensure the imaging quality.MRI examination can be used as an important means of ultrasound examination of fetal ventricular dilatation, and its diagnostic value in the diagnosis of fetal ventricular dilatation combined with other central nervous system diseases is superior to ultrasound examination. |
