Clinical Study On Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Treated By Pei Shi Fu Zheng Yi Liu Tang Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective:This clinical research aims to observe the effect of Pei shi fu zheng yi liu tang on improving quality of life,alleviating major clinical symptoms and Side Effects of Chemotherapy of Senior Advanced No-small cell Lung cancer,to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Pei shi fu zheng yi liu tang objectively.Methods:All those 60 cases met the standards of patients with Senior Advanced No-small cell Lung cancer come from Gansu Province Tumor hospital since January to November of 2016.60 cases were randomly divided into two groups :30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases control group.There is no significant difference in sex,age,pathology,clinical stages,source position and transfer number between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The two groups accepted the same supporting treatment.Meanwhile,the control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy alone,the treated group was treated with Pei shi fu zheng yi liu tang on the basis of conventional chemotherapy,last 3 period of treatment and follow-up 3 months.The therapeutic efficiency and adverse effect of the two groups were evaluated after curing 60 days,then estimated it clinical effect and safety.Results:All the patients in the two groups were finally finished in the research.Results :(1)The recent clinical effect: No cases reached CR equally in the two groups.The treatment group and control group tumors reached a stable rate of 80.0% and 66.7%(PR+SD)respectively.There is no notable difference between the two groups in stabilizing the tumor.6 cases with disease progression in the treatment group and 10 cases in control group.(2)There is no significant difference to CEA and CY21-1 in the two groups before observation.After treatment,both CEA and CY21-1 in the two had obvious gone down,but the difference is not notable.(P ﹥ 0.05).(3)Significant difference can be seen in bone marrow suppression between two groups(P﹤0.05).(4)Comparing with the control group,the treatment group can make Chinese clinical symptoms and KPS score batter.(P ﹤ 0.05)(5)Safety evaluation:comparison between the two groups shows that there is no significant difference on renalfunction,urine routine and stool-routine,no serious adverse event was happened,suggesting the safety of Pei shi fu zheng yi liu decoction.Conclusion:Pei shi fu zheng yi liu tang combined with the chemotherapy in treating Senior advanced No-small cell Lung cancer can improve patients,quality of life and TCM symptoms significantly,reduce the levels of tumor related markers.Also it help patients endure chemotherapy by relieving the side effect resulted from chemotherapy drugs.The security is good,no obvious toxicity was observed,so it has a high value on clinical application.
