Research On Clinical Curative Effect Of Qinggan Anti-Hypertensive Particles On Liver-Yang Excess Type Of Hypertension

Objective: To observe and research the clinical efficacy of qinggan anti-hypertensive particles on the treatment of Liver-Yang excess type of hypertension so as to provide certain clinical practical experience on prevention and control of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.Method: Randomly divided 73 patients who were matched inclusive criteria into treatment group 38 cases and control group 35 cases.Finally,there are 60 cases of patients accomplish the test,each group with 30 cases.The treatment group: treated with Qinggan anti-hypertensive particles combined with amlodipine and western medicine basic treatment.The control group are given amlodipine combined with western medicine basic treatment.Both groups are treated for 4 weeks and make the record on the variation of therapeutic indexes and change of security indexes before and after treatment.After the treatment evaluate observation indexes,so as to objectively determine the clinical curative effect.Results:1.There are no statistics differences on the total scores of the single syndrome,blood pressure and the baseline of western medicine laboratory index of the TCM symptom assessment.2.The the TCM symptom efficiency rate of the treatment group(93%)are higher than the control group(73%),the rank and inspection,p<0.05,according to a = 0.05 level,the clinical efficacy of the distributions and differences of the two groups all have statistic meaning.The average rank of the treatment group is 815/30,and the control group had an average rank of 1007/30,which proves that the clinical efficacy of treatment group is better than the control group.3.During the 4 weeks treatment,the TCM symptom assessment shows that the symptoms of vertigo,headache,constipation.irritability,red face,dry mouth,mouth bitter,constipation,dark urine with burning sensation and tough yellow fur,the treatment group obviously get better than the control group.After the treatment of Chinese medicine on single symptom,the comparative difference has statistical meaning;the total scores of the symptoms of treatment group get better than the control group.The difference of the totalscores between the two groups before and after treatment has statistical meaning,which proves that on the Chinese medicine treatment of Liver-Yang excess type of hypertension,the clinical efficacy of qinggan anti-hypertensive particles combined with amlodipine is better than amlodipine alone.The improvement of the clinical efficacy of qinggan anti-hypertensive particles combined with amlodipine is obviously embodied on the following 6 aspects: dizziness,headache,irritability red face,dry mouth and mouth bitter.4.Comparing the dynamic pressure of the two groups,the differences before and after treatment all have statistic meaning(p<0.01);After treatment,the differences of the average blood pressure(24hSBp and 24hDBp)and the night blood pressure(nSBp and nDBp),have statistic meaning(p < 0.05-0.01).There is no significant difference between the groups(p > 0.05)of the daily blood pressure(dSBp and dDBp).5.After treatment,comparing the rhythmic blood pressure from day to night of the two groups,the difference of the form ratio of scoop type blood pressure and non-scoop type has statistic meaning,which proves that the qinggan anti-hypertensive particles can help reduce the risk of night blood pressure.6.Comparing the two groups after treatment,the treatment group,24 hours of systolic blood pressure SD,daytime systolic blood pressure SD,nighttime systolic blood pressure SD;24hours diastolic blood pressure CV,24 hours diastolic blood pressure SD,daytime diastolic blood pressure SD,nighttime diastolic blood pressure SD are all reduced obviously.p < 0.05 and the differences have statistic meaning.The long time variability of the blood pressure of treatment group is improved.7.For level 1 and level 2 high blood pressure patients with liver-Yang excess syndrome,treatment with amlodipine tablet combined with qinggan anti-hypertensive particles,for measurement of pF in the SF-36,RP,BP,VT,RE,MH,GH and other seven aspects has good effects especially on the five aspects of PF,RP,BP,VT,GH which has much more improvement,and the difference is statistically significant.8.The comparison of the laboratory indexes.Comparing one of the blood biochemical index-blood fat before and after the treatment,the difference has statistic meaning(p<0.05.Comparision between two groups p<0.001,which has statistic meaning,which shows the response of the blood fat of the two treatment options varied9.Comparing the indexes of liver function,kidney function,blood routine,urine routine before and after treatment p>0.05,the difference has no statistic meaning.Conclusion: Through the comparative analysis of observation and research results,it is clearly shown that on treatment group,the curative effect of qinggan anti-hypertensive particles combined with conventional medicine treatment have obvious advantages over the control group on the aspects of : improving TCM symptoms,controlling of blood pressure as well as improving the standard rate of blood pressure;reducing the variation of blood pressure;improving circadian rhythm and the quality of life.Besides,qinggan anti-hypertensive particles have less adverse reaction and high security.
