Clinical Analysis Of The Treatment For Moderate Severe Uterine Prolapse By Laparoscopic The Cervical Abdominal Wall Suspension And Sacrospinous Ligament Fixation

Objective:By comparing of laparoscopic cervical ventro suspension and transvaginal sacrospinous ligament fixation in the treatment of moderate severe uterine prolapse,discuss and anlyze two treatments Clinical clinical application.Methods: From 30 November 2015 to December 2016 in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College gynecological diagnosed for moderate severe uterine prolapse patients were divided into two groups,15 cases of female patients were treated with laparoscopic the cervical abdominal wall suspension as group A,the other 15 patients were treated with sacrospinous ligament fixation as group B.Two groups’ measures between the points of the POP-Q classification were assessed before and after surgery,in order to evaluate the two kinds of surgical effecacy,the PISQ-12 scores were used to evaluate the postoperative patients’ sexual quality of life.Results:(1)Two groups of patients with pelvic organ prolapse after surgery compared with the preoperative conditions were significantly improved(P<0.05),the difference betwen the two groups were insignificant(P> 0.05).(2)The data of bleeding,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in group A were less than those in group B(P < 0.05).In the time of exhaust gas and the residual urine volume of the bladder were insignificant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)The sexual quality of life indicates that both treatments were effective(P<0.05),with the better sexual quality in group A than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion: Recently,the cervical abdominal wall suspension and sacrospinous ligament fixation are effective in the treatment of severe uterine prolapse,and it can obviously improve the sexual life quality of patients.Compared with sacrospinous ligament fixation surgery,laparoscopic the cervical abdominal wall suspension is revealed more easy to learn,easy to popularize.But in under the condition of lack of laparoscopic instruments and patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction,sacrospinous ligament fixationis afine choice.
