| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis for the treatment of the ankle joint arthronosos.Methods Choicing 23 patients(23 ankle)with ankle arthronosos from January 2012 to March 2016.There were 14 cases of traumatic arthritis,osteoarthritis of the ankle in 6cases,and rheumatoid arthritis in 3 cases,there were 13 males and females with a total of10 cases.All of the patients were excluded from the other near joint disease or other bone diseases.The age ranged from 47 to 65 years,with an average age of 58 years.All the people in the study group were test by AOFAS score system pre-operative,and the result of the test score was an average of 26.91.All patients were followed up before and after the operation of the full-length position of the ankle joint lateral X-ray examination,and ensure that all patients with a uniform standard of conditions.To observe whether there were any lesions near the joint in the X-ray images of the ankle joint,and the preoperative design.All the patient were treated by Arthroscopic arthrodesis.All patients were followed up for an average of 15 months.During this period,the postoperative condition,the change of the ankle joint and the bony fusion were observed.Result All patients were followed up for an average of 15 months.The results showed that all the patients achieved bony fusion.Although patients with ankle activity decreased,but in patients with ankle joint pain symptoms were relieved or disappeared,postoperative side AOFAS of ankle function score increased significantly,the average of up to 86.08 points,the quality of life of patients significantly.Conclusion Arthroscopic ankle arthrodesis for the treatment of ankle arthronosos has the advantages of simple operation,small trauma,without damaging the ankle structure,high fusion rate,rapid postoperative recovery,fewer complications,early patients get good effect,stable,painless ankle joint,can be engaged in some physical labor,is an ideal method for ankle fusion. |
