The Clinical Effective Observation Of The Method Qingrelishitongluo On Acute Gouty Arthritis Of Dampness-Heat Blockage Pattern

Objectives To observe the clinical effects of the Decoction Qingrelishitongluo on patients with Acute Gouty Arthritis of Dampness-Heat Blockage Pattern.Methods Inpatients with dampness-heat blockage pattern AGA who sought medical advice at Endocrine Department II of Tangshan Hospital of TCM from December 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled.Those who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups in accordance with the random number table: treatment group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).Both groups were given the basic treatment: maintain healthy diet,stay in bed and rise up the affected limb(s).The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium(75mg per time,orally,bid,in the morning and evening);in additional to diclofenac sodium,the treatment group was treated with decoction Qingrelishitongluo(one dose daily,decocted in water for oral dose,250ml/time,bid,in the morning and evening).The treatment for both gorups lasted for 7 days.The changes of the two groups in terms of TCM Syndrome Score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)Score,serum uric acid(SUA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reaction protein(CRP)were observed before and after treatment,the data collected during the research were analyzed statistically by using statistical software SPSS19.0 to make a comprehensive assessment of the curative effects of these two therapeutic regimes.Results During the treatment,2 cases did not finish the study,and 64 cases finished the whole study: 32 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the treatment group.1Comparison of clinical curative effect: the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.6% and that of the control group was 68.8%,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2 Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were decreased to varying degrees(P<0.05),and that of the treatment group was lower than the control group(9.63±4.76vs14.81±5.63,P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was especially more effective in improving joint pain,swelling,joint flexion-extension,urination and thirst(P<0.05).3 Comparisonof VAS score: the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were decreased than those before treatment(P<0.05),and that of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4 Comparison of SUA: The SUA levels of the two groups before and after treatment showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).5Comparisons of CRP and ESR: the CRP and ESR levels of the two groups after treatment were decreased than those before treatment(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the treatment group was stronger than the control group(P<0.05).6 No abnormality in liver and renal functions was found in both groups before and after treatment.In the control group,1 patient had nausea and diarrhea.Conclusions The Decoction Qingrelishitongluo combined with diclofenac sodium compared with diclofenac sodium could better improve clinical TCM symptoms,alleviate pain and reduce ESR,CRP.It provides a clinical evidence for the treatment of AGA with decoction Qingrelishitongluo combined with diclofenac sodium.
