This thesis focuses on the synthesis and application of composite nanoparticles in the treatment of breast cancer.CS-EGCG nanoparticles were prepared successfully with chitosan as carrier loaded EGCG.The physical characterization of the method was carried out by using Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Transmission electron microscope(TEM),Dynamic Light Scattering(DLS)and others.Chitosan was successfully coupled with EGCG,which with sphere like morphology,the average size of 164.2±3nm and good colloidal stability.Cell growth inhibition rate was studied by cell scratch test.The results showed that the inhibition rate of CS-EGCG nanoparticles on MCF-7 breast cancer cells could reach 21.91%.At the same time,the results in vivo anti-tumor experiments showed that the size of breast cancer tumor in CS-EGCG nanomicrospheres treatment group was significantly less than the control group,CS treatment group and EGCG treatment group,it also showed good antitumor effect in vivo experiments.Folic acid and FAM-si RNA were used to modify the surface of CS-EGCG nanoparticles,which made the microspheres with better targeting and biological compatibility.The microspheres structure characterized by FT-IR,and MCF-7 breast cancer cell targeting imaging research showed good results,which lays the foundation for the application of drug loaded nanoparticles in biomedicine.
