The state council recently issued "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" more harsh deepening medical and health system reform plan "and" more harsh much starker choices-and graver consequences-in "health and health plan".Specifically,by 2020 everyone will have access to basic medical services,Life expectancy increased,establishing the basic medical and health system covering both urban and rural residents.Wenshan social and economic development laid the foundation for the basic medical and health services,the deepening reform of medical and health care offers its momentum.Wenshan government to the attention of the medical and health undertakings development degree deepening,support is also increasing.In the process of urban-rural integration,Wenshan to basic medical and health cause rapid development,at the same time obvious gap between the urban and rural medical services.Urban and rural basic medical health services is not equal,not only affects the health of urban and rural residents,and at the same time also can bring a lot of social problems.In recent years due to the unequal medical and health services,in some areas appeared because of sickness poor,Chinese social phenomenon because of illness.For improve the level of health of urban and rural residents of Wenshan,ease for medical service of social problems and social contradictions,to accelerate the process of equal of Wenshan urban and rural basic medical and health services,enable people to enjoy the equal as soon as possible,improve the basic medical health services.In this article,through investigation and study,understand the developmental status of Wenshan of medical and health undertakings,in order to build a relatively perfect index system,this analysis method and deviation angles of Wenshan of index system were analyzed.This paper probes into the problems behind it and analyzes the equalization of basic medical and health services in Wenshan,found the Wenshan the main problems existing in the urban and rural basic medical and health services.According to the existing problems of the targeted countermeasures are put forward.Make the current unequal of Wenshan health resource allocation between urban and rural areas and unbalanced health care costs,the utilization level of service have differences,residents’ health level disparity problems such as ease.Comprehensively improve the level of people’s life and health of Wenshan.
